(More customer reviews)I purchased this product primarily to serve as extra bumper protection on my 2008 Suburban, secondarily as a step. The Suburban has a back up warning system that is interfered with by this product. I never had that much confidence in the warning system so I turned it off. So far the step has absorbed one minor bump that otherwise would have damaged my vehicle.
