(More customer reviews)The Westin rear bumper #32005Westin 32005 Fey Perfect Match Series Black Rear Replacement Bumper is good quality but the brackets were a nightmare. The first bumper I ordered had the wrong pattern holes drilled on the actual bumper structure. I returned it back and Amazon promptly sent another brand new (second) bumper. This time it had two pieces missing(the left bracket was missing). Now I have a second bumper that I cannot mount to my truck. I called Westin/ Fey (Bumper brand and company) who does not have any spare brackets that they can send to you if you are missing them. Their first response was to send it back to Amazon (Again!). In the next few days while I waited to consider sending back my second bumper to continue this cycle with a third, I went to the local salvage yard and matched up all original holes of the original brackets and compared them to the one bracket I had from Westin. The brackets made by Westin/Fey are poor quality and do not mount up properly. The one bracket I had from Westin was not even close to the original. I would have to heat this thing up and bang it around with a hammer to reshape it to somewhat fit. In the end I was able to mount up the bumper using the brackets from a Dodge Ram in my local salvage yard. I wanted to share this experience just in case someone encounters the same problem so you know it has happened before.
