(More customer reviews)Earlier today I gave this vendor a 1-Star review because of the poor directions and poor quality of the shipping box. The vendor has since both called and emailed me and solved all my issues. Vendor was very responsive and on top of things. They took note of the poor instruction manual and will improve it for future shipments. Overall the vendor does not deserve the poor ranking I gave him earlier. Product is super heavy duty. Easy to figure out except where each nut and washer is supposed to exactly go.
