Customer service is top notch and with free shipping its a great value from Amazon. The only thing they dont tell you is that you do have to drill 4 holes due to the fact it has a class 3 hitch built in. I dont think you could pull the bumper off without ripping the Jeep in half. I have alot of Smitybilt as well as Bestop item on my 02. Very pleased.
