(More customer reviews)The concept seems good, but the product itself is of poor quality. The lock needed lubrication within weeks of purchase. The lock also tends to retain water and freeze at winter temps. The plastic license plate connection broke - not from being hit by a car, but from being brushed by passing pedestrians. Finally I noticed that the guard itself was making small scratches in the paint on my bumper.
My advice: look for another product!
